Acne Cysts

in Blackheads Information

acne cysts?

i have moderate to severe acne (common, right?) but the thing is… its not external; it’s mostly internal… when i say this i mean that i have bumps that appear under my skin that remain sometimes for months and can be very painful…

Is there any relief that is affordable? i already went to the dermatologist but i could not afford the medicine—

PLEASE HELP!

The condition is cystic acne. It’s not normal acne as it is hereditary and has nothing to do with hygiene or anything of the sort. The top medicine i could say to this is a pill called Accutane. As you said, that might be out of your price range. Retin-a micro is a good one as well. I don’t believe Proactive would be the right choice for you, but who knows it’s worth a shot.

Why don’t you tell us what you think about Acne Cysts…

ok :) now that i have your attention…. PROACTIV will NOT help acne cysts. there are a couple of question you need to first ask yourself. are you breaking out on your chin and cheeks? do you break out right before your period?is your skin relativily dry, with small pores? there are several reasons that people break out in cysts, and one reason is hormones. hormones cause your glands to produce more oil blah blah blah, you know the deal. if you answered yes to all the questions, you are probaly beaking out because of hormones, in which case, you should go on birth control to control your hormones, or the drug Spironolactone, which is relativly cheap. IFFFFF you are breaking out because of overproduction of oil, and your skin is very oil with big pores, you should go back to your dermatologist and ask for thier cheapest oral medication. if this is not possible, Garnier has a great skin care line thats veryyyy cheap and works great to clean your skin. make sure to ALWAYS watch what you put on your face. make sure nothing will clog your pores.

some more tricks:
dont sleep on pillows
dont touch your face with greasy hands EVER
eat less sugar, drink more water
eat protein
excersize more, with a complelty clean face, and wash afterwards

take a deep breath, and relize that someone always has it worst that you :)
